NewPubCo & Loppi Poppi ("we," "our," or "us") developed the Number Clash - Math Game app ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our App and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide, improve, and secure our Services. The data we collect falls into three categories:

A. Information You Provide Directly
  • Account Information: If you create an account using social sign-in (like Google or Facebook), we receive your identifier from that platform.
  • User Content: Any content you upload or create within the App.
  • Communications: Information you provide when you contact us for support (e.g., your email address and the content of your message). Public app-store reviews and any content you send to our social channels (handled under the platform’s rules).

B. Information Collected Automatically
  • Device Information: We collect data such as your device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID), IP address, and language settings. We do not collect permanent device identifiers (e.g., IMEI/IMSI, SIM serial, MAC).
  • Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the App, such as session length, features used, clicks, session duration, crash reports, progress in the game, and in-app purchase history.
  • Location Data: With your consent, we may collect general (non-precise) location data (e.g., country or city based on your IP address) for analytics and advertising purposes. We do not collect precise GPS data without your explicit permission.
  • Other Data: Cookies and similar technologies (used for analytics, ads, personalization).

C. Information from Third Parties
  • Advertising and Analytics Partners: We receive information from partners like Google Firebase about how users interact with our App to help us analyze and improve it.
  • Social Networks: If you link your social media account, we receive the information you allow that network to share with us.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
  • To Provide and Maintain the Service: To operate the App, enable gameplay, process purchases, and provide customer support.
  • To Improve and Personalize the Service: To analyze user behavior, fix bugs, and develop new features to enhance your experience.
  • For Advertising: To show you personalized advertisements within the App from our advertising partners (where permitted by law, and where you have given consent). This is based on your Advertising ID and usage data.
  • For Communication: To respond to your comments and questions and send you service-related notices.
  • For Safety and Security: To detect, prevent, and address fraud, security, or technical issues.

3. Legal Basis for Processing (For EEA/UK Users)

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the UK, we process your personal data on the following legal grounds:
  • Performance of a Contract: To provide the Services you request (e.g., gameplay).
  • Legitimate Interests: For operations, analytics, advertising, and security purposes, where our interests are not overridden by your rights.
  • Consent: Where we ask for your consent, such as for precise location tracking or certain marketing activities. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

4. Supplemental Notice for U.S. Residents

We do not sell personal information as “sale” is defined under these laws. Where “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising applies, you may opt-out by contacting us; we will then serve only contextual ads.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share your information with:
  • Service Providers: Trusted third parties who assist us in operating our Services, such as cloud hosting providers, analytics services (e.g., Google Firebase), and customer support tools. These partners are contractually obligated to handle your data securely.
  • Advertising Partners: To serve and measure the effectiveness of personalized ads, we may share your Advertising ID, non-personally identifiable information, or app usage data with trusted advertising networks and SDK providers, including but not limited to:
– Google AdMob (Google LLC)
– Unity Ads (Unity Technologies)
– Facebook Audience Network (Meta Platforms, Inc.)
– AppLovin Corporation
– IronSource Ltd.

These partners may use this data to provide interest-based advertising and measure performance. Each partner processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

  • Legal Authorities: If required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request (e.g., court order).

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data, unless we are legally required to keep it.

We keep data only as long as needed:
  • Analytics & gameplay events: up to 24 months.
  • Crash/performance logs: up to 12 months.
  • Purchase records: as required by tax/accounting laws.
  • Support communications: up to 12 months after resolution.
When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize data.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You have control over your data:
  • Opt-Out of Personalized Ads: You can reset your Advertising Identifier or opt-out of personalized ads through your device settings. - iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking > Disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track" - Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization"
  • Access, Update, or Delete Your Data: You can request to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To do so, please contact us at numbermatch.lp@gmail.com.
  • Other Rights: Depending on your location, you may have additional rights, such as data portability or objecting to certain processing. We will respond to all requests within a reasonable timeframe.

We present an in-app privacy notice on first launch before starting data collection that requires consent (where applicable by law). If you later want to change that choice, contact us at the e-mail above.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will take steps to delete it promptly. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with information, please contact us.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as using standard contractual clauses approved by relevant authorities, to protect your data when it is transferred.
